SAN ANTONIO -A tragic shooting incident happened on Feb. 29, around 4:30 p.m. near the 6900 block of NE Loop 410that led to the death of a male individual. SAP
A local man was shot and killed near his workplace in late February on the Northeast side and police are urging the public's help in finding those responsible for the crime.
San Antonio Police said that Kia Dotson, 21, was arrested on Saturday and charged with capital murder. Upon arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of Garcia near the entrance of his workplace, situated on the stairwell. Nearby, small plastic baggies containing Glock switches and shell casings were found, indicating the severity of the incident.
As the victim proceeded towards the stairwell, one of the suspects, dressed in all black, approached him from behind and brandished a firearm, pressing it against his head. A struggle ensued between the victim and the assailant.
