A 19-year-old man from Southampton who was in possession of"an offensive weapon" was captured shortly after 8:30 a.m. local time and remains in custody, the police said. According to the police statement, officers from Thames Valley and the Metropolitan Police responded to the security breach within minutes. The man did not enter any buildings, the police said. "The man has been arrested on suspicion of breach or trespass of a protected site and possession of an offensive weapon.
