Compare it to a Dunkin’ Donuts Glazed Donut which clocks in at 260 calories, 14 grams of fat and 31 grams of carbohydrates.You bet. That’s part of the lore. In some circles is is believed greasing a garden spade with fastnacht lard it will protect gardens against harmful insects.
