Hill was most recently the CFO at Xilinx, which was acquired by Advanced Micro Devices Inc. , and he held prior stints at Intel Corp. and General Motors Co. ."Brice brings tremendous experience in semiconductor devices, manufacturing and computing from the edge to the cloud," Applied Materials Chief Executive Gary Dickerson said in a release.
