Ombudsman Darrel Hess also says he believes there may have been a violation of state election law and he’s forwarding his findings to the state Office of Special Prosecutions, according toHess’ investigation stems from an election complaint filed on April 11 by Sami Graham, a former chief of staff to Mayor Dave Bronson. In her complaint, Graham cited a policy that required an IT staff member be present or give approval for all insertions of USB devices into “critical” municipal computers.
