A grand jury indicted an Anchorage man with several charges, including murder, in connection to a fatal shooting that happened in West Anchorage in 2018.
Another man — 18-year-old Austin Cottrell Jr. — had previously been charged with murder, kidnapping and robbery in connection with the death.arrested 49-year-old Linda Richards
for her involvement in the case. Anchorage police said Richards had fled Alaska after the shooting and the department called on the marshals service to help find her, eventually locating her in an East Point, Michigan, home. Richards was jailed at Macomb County Jail in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. The press release also says Grant was charged with robbery and burglary related to another incident in the Muldoon neighborhood a few days prior to Bowie’s death. Grant’s bail is set at $500,000 and requires a court-approved third-party custodian.on five counts of sex trafficking minors, three counts of production of child pornography and two counts of being a felon in possession of firearms.
