“Given the totality of the circumstances and the ongoing investigation overnight, it has been determined the criteria for an Amber Alert have now been met. Since the children were reported missing, police have been conducting physical searches and interviews with witnesses and people known to Amber and the children,” RCMP said in a media release Friday morning.
