The toothbrush is powered by AI, has five cleaning modes and connects to a handy tracking app
Amazon is offering a huge £180 discount on an electric toothbrush that's recommended by dentists and has been called 'game-changing' by shoppers. The Oral-B iO5 Electric Toothbrush is powered by AI and connects to a handy tracking app that tells you how and where you're brushing.
The black Oral-B iO5 Electric Toothbrush costs £99.97 at Amazon for a limited time, down from £280, and includes one brush head and a travel case. The online retailer is one of the few places you can buy the electric toothbrush, however you can buy it directly from Oral-B for £140. The electric toothbrush claims to remove 100 per cent more plaque and up to 160 per cent in between teeth compared to a manual brush. The front panel on the toothbrush conveniently notifies you when the battery is low and signals when it's time to replace the brush head.
A second wrote: "Love the way you can link it to the app and see exactly how much coverage you are actually brushing. It also tells you when to charge the battery and when you should change heads. I also liked the sensitive setting. It also warns you when you are over brushing with too much pressure in certain areas. It's a great visual way to aim for 100 per cent coverage and a score of a 100 by limiting any over-brushing. Excellent electric toothbrush.
