Alec Baldwin shared that he's 'grateful' for support he's received in Montana as 'Rust' returned to filming following the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin, along with director Joel Souza and other crew members, began filming at the Yellowstone Film Ranch April 20. Principal photography began roughly a year and a half after the production was halted due to cinematographer Halyna Hutchins' death on set.
Baldwin and Souza, who was injured in the shooting that killed Hutchins, were both photographed on set for the first time Friday. Special prosecutors Kari Morrissey and Jason Lewis announced criminal charges against Baldwin in Hutchins' death would be dropped the same day"Rust" filming began in Montana.The decision came as"new facts" regarding the shooting were revealed that require further investigation.
