, finding a comfortable position – and staying in it – can be tough.This is because the airline has launched some new sleep pods for economy passengers.Air New Zealand has just unveiled eight new Dreamliners – set to take to the skies in 2024 – and an exciting new feature on these vessels is the ‘Skynest,’ which lets customers sleep flat for their journey.
There will be six of these beds in total per plane, which economy passengers can book for four-hour slots on long-haul flights. Each bed includes a privacy curtain, USB charging and ventilation outlets and can only be booked once by a customer during a flight.
