The Australian-born Spencer, 44, starred on the Fox medical drama “House” from 2004 until 2012, when he signed on with “Chicago Fire,” which is filmed in Chicago. He left “Chicago Fire” in 2021.In the Fulton Market district, Spencer paid $1.1 million in 2015 for the fifth-floor unit, and he now co-owns the condo with his wife, Kali Woodruff Carr.
The loft unit’s fourth bedroom is configured as a home office and family room with a custom built-in Brazilian quartzite desk, an 11-foot projector screen and entertainment system and a gas fireplace. Outside, the unit has an enclosed brick patio with custom sliding doors, windows and blinds.It is located in a converted six-story, nine-unit building. The building was constructed in the 1890s and used for many years by the A.H. Vilas Co., which manufactured picture frames.
Spencer continues to own a three-bedroom, 1,904-square-foot contemporary-style house in Los Angeles’ Sherman Oaks area, which he bought for $940,000 in 2005.Advertisement
