Se inaugura un refugio musulman en la Zona Norte de Tijuana con capacidad para 100 personas.

Tijuana, Baja California - June 11: “It took a lot of faith, money, effort and patience,” said Sonia Garcia, president of the Latina Muslim Foundation. The two-story hostel is located in the North Zone of Tijuana, very close to the border wall that divides Mexico and the United States. The 8,000-square-foot shelter has the capacity to serve up to 150 people arriving at the border seeking asylum. It currently houses 30 people.
