National MinorityMentalHealth Month highlights the disparities minority communities face in receiving mental health services. HHS is committed to closing this gap through the SAMHSAgov Office of Behavioral Health Equity (OBHE).
Section 10334 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010
. The law requires six agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services to establish offices of minority health.
