“Don’t come here thinking you’re going to camp out or you’re going to sleep in your car, ‘cause we’re not going to let you,” Gulf Shores Mayor Robert Craft says as the city prepares to host Hangoutfest.
Gulf Shores offers a lot of lodging options for anyone attending the Hangout Music Festival. But -- and city officials want to make this very clear -- sleeping in your car is not one of them.
“Don’t come here thinking you’re going to camp out or you’re going to sleep in your car, ‘cause we’re not going to let you,” said Mayor Robert Craft. “We’ll have a place for you to sleep, it won’t be in your car and it won’t be very comfortable.”
