. The fine was revealed in a consent order released by the B.C. Financial Services Authority last week, the CBC reports.that Rose went to the refrigerator in the home in July 2022 to find some water, but instead took a drink of milk straight from the jug before putting it back in the refrigerator. The owners of the home confronted Rose after seeing the video, the Press reports.
Rose said he had been “unusually dehydrated” because of medication he was taking and because of stress from personal issues,The CBC reports Rose agreed to the fine.
