The AP explained in a note this morning that the race is too close to call because an estimated 4% of the vote remains to be counted, and that largely comes from the Atlanta metro area. This morning Wisconsin officials updated their tallying with overnight totals from Kenosha County and Brown County, which includes Green Bay. With nearly every precinct reporting in Wisconsin, Mr. Biden leads Mr. Trump by just over 20,700 votes, AP says.
Much of what’s left to be counted there are absentee ballots in Detroit, Grand Rapids and other metropolitan areas, which are expected to help Mr. Biden more than Mr. Trump.
