An 85-year-old man was rescued by a California Highway Patrol helicopter team from a park in the Oakland Hills Sunday, days after he had gone missing.
Alfonso Arechiga, 85, was found in a canyon of Lake Chabot Regional Park five days after he had been last seen. Arechiga, who also has Alzheimer's disease, was rescued by a California Highway Patrol helicopter and taken to a hospital.
