The Thunderbolts team still has some room to expand, and there are loads of Netflix MCU villains that would be great additions to the movie.
Marvel's Thunderbolts is a team of some of the franchise's most popular villains and antiheroes, and seven Netflix MCU characters would make great additions to the team. Although the concept of a team of supervillains is exciting, Thunderbolts has been the subject of some criticism due to how similar many of the team's members are.
6 Bushmaster Bushmaster is also a Luke Cage villain, being the main antagonist of season 2. After getting magical abilities due to the Nightshade plant, Bushmaster gained super strength, super speed, a healing factor, increased agility, and more. Bushmaster's motivation for his villainous actions was revenge against the Stokes crime family, and although he's done some bad things, he's not so evil that he couldn't be redeemed in Thunderbolts.
4 Typhoid Mary Typhoid Mary is the main villain in Iron Fist season 2, and she would also make a great Thunderbolts member. Initially, Typhoid Mary was Daredevil season 4's planned villain before the series' cancelation, meaning that the MCU had a much bigger plan for the character. Thunderbolts could expand on this story, with Mary's status as a mutant in the comics also playing into future X-Men plans.
2 Bullseye Bullseye is a secondary villain in Daredevil season 3, with the character working for Wilson Fisk. Bullseye is a fan-favorite character, with many Daredevil viewers hoping that he returns to the MCU in Daredevil: Born Again. Agent Ben Poindexter never got to fully transform into Bullseye, with that only being teased at the end of Daredevil's last season. Bullyseye's transformation could easily be completed off-screen, with Thunderbolts adding the character back into the MCU.
