The Light Blues got down to business fast but there's still a few queries in the air.
A busy summer revealed plenty at Rangers but some lingering transfer questions remain after major surgery.
Centre-back switches A dramatic deadline day rush seemed to be hinted but in the end it came to nothing. Ben Davies was wanted at Stoke while Harry Souttar at Leicester City was believed to be in Rangers sights over a move from Leicester City. There has been criticism in the early phases though. Danilo has come under fire for a slow start while Dessers is still getting up to full match sharpness, while Sima and Lammers have only shown in flashes what they are capable of. Consistency is needed for them to hit the high heights some have placed upon them.
Davis return bid A new signing? It's probably a stretch to call it that but one addition that may be made to the Rangers playing group between now and January is veteran midfielder Steven Davis.
