The caregiver from Palmyra said she thought the relationship was consensual, despite the victim in his 20s telling her ‘no’.
Carol Popp, 55, of Palmyra, who was also found to be a violent sexual predator on Friday, will be under three years of probation upon release and prohibited from working as a caregiver.
