Five people were shot in a home in Cleveland Friday night, according to Cleveland police officials.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - The man accused of fatally shooting four people and injuring an 8-year-old girl at a home in Cleveland’s Brooklyn Centre Friday night has been charged.
According to police, Muniz flagged down officers around 7:50 p.m. and told them about the shooting and where the victims were located. Cleveland City Council President Blaine A. Griffin and Councilwoman Jasmin Santana released a statement on the shooting:Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the victims. We thank the fast action of our law enforcement officers and the community in apprehending the suspect allegedly responsible for this horrible crime. The Cleveland Division of Police will continue to update the community with more information as it becomes available.
