Officers who responded just after 3:15 a.m. to a business in the 500 block of North Gilpin Avenue, near West Davis Street, found the man lying outside the front entrance with multiple gunshot wounds. The man, identified by police as Christian Erik Martinez, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
