There were 39 players from New Jersey high schools selected in the MLB Draft over the last six seasons. Among those picked were Buddy Kennedy of Millville, Mainland's Chase Petty, Anthony Volpe of Delbarton and Christian Brothers' Brandon Martorano.Some of the biggest names in New Jersey high school baseball had the opportunity to live out their childhood dreams by being selected in the annual Major League Baseball Draft.
