SANDY — Sandy police have confirmed that two 16-year-old boys have been arrested in connection with a shooting in a church parking lot that left the victim with life-threatening injuries.on the report of a shooting.
Detectives began looking for a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with at least two occupants. Witnesses told investigators that a passenger had fired multiple rounds, according to a search warrant affidavit. Detectives collected surveillance video from the area and were able to get more information about the Jeep.
