Police are searching for a missing brother and sister after the siblings left their home in Queens around noon Monday.
NYPD officials said Carl Smith, 12, and his younger sister Colleen Rahmam-Smith, 11, walked out of their house on 195th Street and 120th Avenue in Jamaica after getting into an argument with their grandmother, whom they live with.Carl Smith is described as 5’7” and 150 pounds with a dark complexion, slim build, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue sweatpants.
Colleen Rahmam-Smith is 5’4” and 120 pounds with a dark complexion, medium build, brown eyes and black hair in braids with a blue streak. She was last seen wearing a tie-dyed t-shirt.
