Two people were found fatally shot Friday morning in a Fort Worth apartment, police say.
Fort Worth officers responded about 7 a.m. to reports of a shooting in the 4100 block of Stonegate Boulevard, near South Hulen Street, where they found the bodies. The medical examiner’s office hadn’t identified the victims. A suspect was located nearby and taken into custody, police said. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant that was unrelated to the shooting.
Police declined to release the suspect’s name or any additional information. Authorities were continuing to investigate.. Kelli covers breaking news and public safety at The Dallas Morning News.
