PA state police have identified the troopers killed in a crash on I-95 in South Philadelphia on Monday morning as 33-year-old Martin F. Mack III and 29-year-old Branden T. Sisca

PHILADELPHIA COUNTY - The Pennsylvania State Police confirms two Troopers and a civilian were struck and killed on I-95 South in the area of milepost 18 in Philadelphia City at approx. 12:40 a.m. More information to follow.State police patrol Interstate 95. Action News is told the troopers were making a traffic stop at the time.Chopper 6 over the scene showed a patrol car severely damaged with its airbags deployed.Just before 6 a.m.
Philadelphia police were first to arrive at the scene. The Philadelphia Fire Department and state police were also called to the crash site.
