The biggest questions after Ahsoka's premiere.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary Ahsoka is officially underway with its first two episodes, but there are several questions that the remaining six need to answer. As a follow-up to Star Wars Rebels, Ahsoka creates a large time gap between the two shows full of important character moments. The first two episodes are also full of revelations that expand the Star Wars universe beyond the galaxy and add new information to the timeline.
15 Why Does Lady Morgan Keep Saying Thrawn Has Been "Banished?" Throughout the first two episodes, Lady Morgan constantly refers to Thrawn as being "banished" or "in exile." These terms generally imply being sent away as a form of punishment, but this didn't seem to be what Ezra Bridger had in mind. It's possible that something or someone is keeping Thrawn from returning, possibly the Purrgil who took him and Ezra in the first place.
11 Will Hera's Son, Jacen Syndulla, Appear In Ahsoka? Ahsoka has brought back Hera Syndulla and several other characters from Star Wars Rebels, so it would make sense for Jacen Syndulla to appear. The son of Hera and the later Jedi Kanan Jarrus, Jacen appeared in the final minutes of the Star Wars Rebels series finale and has not appeared in any Star Wars media since then. Dave Filoni and the team may have been saving him for Ahsoka, finally allowing viewers to learn about the character.
7 What Led To Ahsoka And Sabine's Falling Out? Ahsoka's first two episodes show that Ahsoka and Sabine don't get along, but something significant must have caused their falling out. Sabine blames Ahsoka for not going where she was needed and quitting on her, while Ahsoka almost seems angry at Sabine in certain moments. Perhaps Sabine messed up on a mission and disappointed Ahsoka, or Sabine wanted to help Mandalore fight the Empire but Ahsoka wouldn't go with her.
4 Who Are The "Ancient People From A Distant Galaxy?" There are many possibilities for the ancient civilization that Lady Morgan spoke of in Ahsoka episode 2. The Rakatan Infinite Empire from Star Wars Legends would fill the role nicely, and they have already been referenced in Andor. The language identified in Ahsoka's end credits reveals a possible connection to the ancient Sith, but the people from the distant galaxy may be a race that has never appeared in Star Wars.
