This is a bit more complicated a question than it first appears, given whether group battles or fights that happen off-screen should count.
9 Hawks Hawks obtains a similar ranking to Endeavor in terms of fights won largely because Hawks is present in most of Endeavor's fights. The two aren't a strict team per se, but the series often pairs them up as they are both top heroes. However, the one truly individual fight Hawks had was arguably more impactful than any of Endeavor's battles, and that is his clash with Twice at the beginning of the Paranormal Liberation War arc.
6 Gigantomachia Gigantomachia is kind of a weird entry, as they may not seem to have won many fights. In a traditional sense this is true, as the hulking bear's main goal in most of his fights isn't necessarily to defeat his enemies, but to reach his master. Unfortunately for his foes, this is something he is very good at doing, and he has crashed through myriad numbers of heroes despite their best efforts to stop him.
3 Shoto Todoroki Shoto is one of the most powerful members of Class 1-A as well as being one of the main characters in the series. This combination of traits has led to him taking part in a bit more fights than many of the other characters. Besides his wins in the Sports Festival, he has also fought a climactic battle against his brother Dabi that ended in a brutal victory.
