BREAKING: Authorities are asking the public to 'keep clear' of the area of Pennsylvania and Sutter streets in Vallejo due to an investigation.
One person has died following a police shooting in Vallejo Sunday evening, officials said.
The Solano County Sheriff's Office said just before 7p.m, their deputies received a call to assist the Vallejo Police Department regarding a traffic accident, where a person was armed with a knife.Just before 7p.m. Solano County deputies received a call to assist Vallejo PD w/ call regarding a traffic accident where a person was armed w/ a knife. Shortly after deputies arrived, an officer-involved shooting happened and the person died. Major Crimes Task Force is on scene.
