A man was fatally shot Saturday afternoon in West Dallas and a person has been taken into custody, police say.
Officers responded about 3:10 p.m. to the 2600 block of Kenesaw Drive, near Bernal Drive in the Ledbetter area, and found a man shot. Police said the man, who has not been publicly identified, died from his injuries.Officers took a person into custody, but police said no charges had been filed Saturday evening.
